木聚糖酶预处理对粗皮桉AS-AQ氧漂浆后续漂白的影响

摘  要:以粗皮桉AS-AQ氧漂浆为研究对象,探讨了木聚糖酶预处理对该浆后续漂白的影响。结果如下:(1)对粗皮桉AS-AQ氧漂浆木聚糖酶预处理的研究,得出最佳工艺条件为酶用量20U/g浆,温度55℃,pH值为8,时间120min,浆浓10%。(2)家系123浆经O-X-D1-Ep-D2漂序漂白,总用氯量仅为1.2%时,白度就可以提高至88.9%ISO,同时还可以保持较高黏度,与O-D1-Ep-D2漂序漂白到相同白度的浆料相比,总用氯量降低了40%。家系200浆经O-X-D1-E-D2漂序漂白,总用氯量仅为1.2%时,白度就可以达到84.0%ISO,且黏度更高,与O-D1-E-D2漂序漂白到相同白度的浆料相比,总用氯量降低了50%。Effects of pretreatment of AS-AQ pulp of Euealyptuspellita with xylanase on the following bleaching were studied. The results show that the optimal condition of pre-treatment with xylanase is as follow: dosage of xylanase 20U/g, treating temperature 55℃, pH 8, treating time 120min, pulp consistency 10%. In following O-X-D1-Ep-D2 bleaching sequence, the brightness of AS-AQ pulp of Family 123 could be increased up to 88.9%ISO as the chlorine dosage was at 1.2% while keeping the viscosity at a higher level. The chlorine dosage could be reduced by 40% compared with the same whiteness of O-D1-Ep-D2 sequence. In following O-X-D1-E- D2 bleaching sequence, the brightness of AS-AQ pulp of Family 200 could be increased up to 84.0%ISO as the chlorine dosage was at 1.2%, with the viscosity kept a higher level. The chlorine dosage could be reduced by 50% compared with the same whiteness in O-D1-E-D2 sequence.
