转向植入法在义眼台植入术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨转向植入法在义眼台植入手术中的应用的意义。方法对拟行义眼台植入的38例（38眼）行转向植入法植入羟基磷灰石（HA）义眼台。术后随访6～24个月观察其效果。结果38例HA义眼台植入术后眼眶饱满，装配义眼后外观逼真，转动自如，患者的容貌得到极大改善，达到美容效果。2例术后早期球结膜水肿、眼磨痛，予对症治疗后痊愈。术后随访期间，无一例出现义眼台暴露或眼眶异常刺激反应。结论转向植入法是一种很好的义眼台植入法。Objective To analyze the application of turning implantation method in artificial orbital implantation. Methods Artificial orbital implants were implanted into the thirty-eight patients who were purposed to accept artificial orbital implantation with turning implantation method. Results After the implantation, all the orbits of these cases are plump, the implants looking realistic, moving smooth; their appearance are greatly improved, patients were satisfied to achieve cosmetic results. Two of them were found chemosis, eye grinding pain at early postoperative period, both of them recovered after symptomatic treatment. After the follow-up 6-24 months, none of them were found artificial implant exposure and abnormal stimulation of orbital. Conclusion Turning implantation method is a good artificial orbital implantation, which should be popularized in clinical work.
