隐蔽微创切口在泪囊鼻腔吻合术中的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察改良的眼部隐蔽微创皮肤切口在泪囊鼻腔吻合术中的临床疗效。方法改良皮肤切口的泪囊鼻腔吻合术61例（71眼）。慢性泪囊炎48例（56眼），男17例，女31例。平均年龄（45．0±0．3）岁；外伤性泪囊炎13例（15眼）。男9例，女4例。平均年龄（35．0±0．2）岁。由传统的内眦面部皮肤切口改为行重睑沟-内眦角-下睑缘隐蔽切口。结果术中视野暴露清晰，泪囊鼻腔吻合满意，术后随访6～24个月，全部病例冲洗泪道通畅，切口隐蔽，面部无明显瘢痕，具有良好的美容效果。结论眼部隐蔽微创皮肤切口创伤小、伤口隐蔽、术后美容效果好。Objective To investigate the curative effect of the external dacryocystorhinostomy using conceal skin micro-incision. Methods 61 patients with 71 eyes were treated by dacryocystorhinostomy using an conceal skin micro-incision, which was at the internal canthus and upper palpebral sulcus. Results The operation area could be perfect exposed and the 2 membrane flaps could be easily anastomosed, at the same time, all of the patients were satisfied by the conceal and micro skin scar in 6 to 24 months after the operation. Conclusion The conceal skin micro-incision in dacryocystorhinostomy was so effective and cute that should be introduced and used.
