摘  要:目的:观测正常成人尸体前臂骨间膜建构并探讨其功能。方法:9侧正常成人前臂尸体标本,保留完整骨间膜后,于前臂中立位对其所属腱性结构的止点、长度、宽度及走行角度进行测量。结果:前臂骨间膜由膜性和腱性部分构成。腱性部分含有较多斜向走行的纤维条索,分为中央束、副束、斜索、远端斜束和背侧副斜索5个部分。前3者的纤维主要由桡骨近端指向尺骨远端(后2者相反)。各部分在解剖特性上存在差异。结论:前臂骨间膜腱性部分含有5个斜向走行的纤维条索。主要起到前臂轴向负荷的传递和重分布、维持前臂稳定、参与和限制前臂旋转及协调前臂肌群运动的作用。对其建构的认识可为其损伤的临床诊断和治疗提供依据并为相应研究提供可参考的数据。Objective: To provide data for the ligamentous portion of the forearm interosseous membrane (IOM) and discuss its proper bio function Methods: Nine normal cadaver forearms were amputated to observe the entire interosseous membrane with preservation of the elbow and wrist. Measure the length, width, angle with the bone shaft and attachment points of the ligament portions in neutral position. Results: The interosseous membrane was observed in all specimens which con- tains membranes portion and ligamentous portion. The ligamentous portion could be described as five parts: center band, aceessory band, distal oblique bundle, oblique cord and dorsal oblique accessory cord. The fibers in the first three ligamentous portions orient from the proximal radius to the distal ulnar, while the last two parts on the contrary. Conclusion: The ligamentous portion of forearm interosseous membrane consists of five observable parts, which functions as distributing longitudinal loads and maintaining the stability of forearm. It also plays a role in restricting forearm rotation and coordinating the movement of muscles. The anatomy is a window to understand its role in forearm and the data from our experiment can be guidance in further research.
