摘  要:采用含Nb焊丝对S355钢板进行焊接,分析了焊后热处理制度对含Nb焊缝组织和性能的影响。结果表明:经退火处理后,焊缝的强度升高,延伸率和冲击功降低。随着正火温度的升高,焊缝强度明显升高,延伸率和冲击功显著降低。随着正火次数的增加,焊缝强度、延伸率及冲击功均先增加而后降低,经3次正火处理后,焊缝组织和性能达到最佳值。S355 steel plates are welded by using the Nb-bearing welding wire. The effects of heat treatments process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the Nb-bearing weld metal after being welded are analyzed. The results show that the strength of the Nb-bearing weld metal after annealing treatment improves, but the elongation and impact toughness reduce. With the normalizing temperature going up, the strength of the weld metal increases sharply and the elongation and impact toughness go down remarkably. However, with adding the times for normalizing, all properties such as the strength, elongation and impact energy increase first and then decrease. After normalizing for three times, the optimal values for its microstructure and properties can be obtained.
