摘  要:分析了影响留渣操作安全的因素及留渣操作对转炉冶炼相关指标的影响,提出了留渣操作安全性的工艺参数:留渣温度不高于1 489℃,兑铁速度小于1 711.57 kg/s,兑铁时间大于3 min,终点钢水氧活度小于9×10-4。实际操作过程中,应做到留渣量合适,提高热平衡计算的准确性和终点控制水平。留渣操作结果表明,在减少渣量的同时有利于转炉冶炼脱磷脱硫,降低钢铁料消耗,避免了剩钢焊渣罐现象。Influencing factors on the safety of slag-remaining operation in the 260 t converter and involved steel-making indexes by converter are analyzed and thus the technological parame- ters for ensuring the safety of slag-remaining operation are proposed with slag-remaining temperature less than or equal to 1 489 ℃, hot-metal velocity charged less than 1 711.57 kg/s, hot-metal charging time over 3 min and the activity of oxygen in hot-metal at blowing end point less than 9x10-4. The quantity of slag-remaining should be kept suitable in operation, and the accuracy of thermal balance calculation and level of end-point control should be improved. The results show that slag-remaining operation can decrease the quantity of slag and dephophorization and desulfurization can be operated smoothly in converter at the same time, and therefore the consumption of iron and steel is cut down and the problem of the remained molten steel fused with the ladle inside is solved.
