摘  要:目的:研制一种前列腺癌早期图像定量检测仪器。方法:该系统以S3C6410微处理器为核心搭建图像识别系统,驱动MT9D111摄像头,对采用"双抗体夹心法"制备的金免疫层析试纸进行图像获取,试纸条被通过特别设计的"三层装卡装置"装卡,使用Qt软件编写应用程序对获得的图像进行灰度分析,分析结果显示在夏普LQ080V3DG01液晶屏上。结果:仪器操作过程中试纸更换方便,图像灰度值与前列腺癌特异性抗原浓度复相关系数最高达0.952 3,液晶屏显示结果清晰明确。结论:该便携式图像定量检测仪器融入人因工程学思想,使该神医疗设备走进社区、家庭得以实现。Objective To develop a portable image quantitative testing instrument for prostate cancer.Methods This system centered on S3C6410 microprocessor to build the image recognizing system,drove a camera named MT9D111,and acquired the image of the colloidal-gold strips produced by "double-antibody sandwich method".The strips were held by a special equipment called "three layers holding device",the application programming was used to analyze the gray-scale value of the image strips,and the results were shown on SHARP LQ080V3DG01 LCD.Results The strips changing process in the operating process of the device was convenient,the multiple correlation coefficient of gray-scale value of the image strips and prostate cancer-specific antigen could achieve highest to 0.952 3,and the results shown in the LCD were clear and definite.Conclusion This portable image quantitative testing instrument is incorporated with the thought of ergonomics,and it achieves the purpose of community and home medicine.
