正畸联合种植治疗先天缺失牙患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨正畸联合种植治疗先天性缺失牙患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年8月～2010年12月在某院口腔科治疗的36例先天缺失牙伴咬紊乱患者,首先采用正畸治疗直立缺隙邻近倾斜牙,压低缺隙对伸长牙,集中散在间隙或增加缺牙间隙,牙弓整平,调整异常的覆、覆盖关系,矫正患者的牙畸形,然后采用种植体技术修复。结果 36例患者经过治疗后均达到了相应的临床效果,牙齿的咬关系得到改善。结论对先天性牙列缺损病例,采用正畸联合种植序列治疗,可以进一步扩大种植体修复的适应症,能最大限度的实现美观、功能及稳定,提高修复效果。OBJECTIVE To investigate the orthodontics combined with dental implant for the treatment of congenital missing teeth.METHODS From 2008 August to 2010 December in our hospital,36 patients with congenital missing teeth were first treated by orthodontics to correct their occlusion and then were treated by dental implants.RESULTS All the 36 patients after treatment had their dental occlusion improved.CONCLUSION The orthodontic treatment combined with dental implant had good effect on the treatment of the congenital missing teeth,and it can expand indications of the implant to help and improve the reconstruction of teeth.
