种植支抗压低伸长的上颌第一磨牙的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨使用微螺钉种植支抗压低伸长的上颌第一磨牙的临床效果。方法以微螺钉种植种植体为支抗压低33例患者伸长的上颌第一磨牙,共计53颗。在头颅侧位片上测量被压低牙齿颌面中点到腭平面的垂直距离,对比治疗前后结果的差异。结果经过3～7(平均4.47)个月的治疗,头影测量结果显示伸长的上颌第一磨牙压低了2～5.5(平均3.17)mm,X线片示磨牙根尖无明显吸收,牙槽骨高度无改变。结论以微螺钉种植体为支抗压低伸长的上颌第一磨牙是一种较好的有效的治疗方法。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effects of using the micro-screw implants to depress the elongated maxillary first molar.METHODS The micro-screw implants were used to depress 53 elongated maxillary first molars of 33 patients.The vertical distance was measured from the midpoint of the teeth to the palatal plane and the results were compared before and after treatment.RESULTS After accepting the treatment for 3-7（average 4.47）months,the cephalometric results showed the elongated maxillary first molar were depressed by 2-5.5（average 3.17）mm,the apical of the molar showed no significant absorption from the X-ray film.and the height of the alveolar bone had no change.CONCLUSION Using the micro-screw implants to depress the elongated maxillary first molar is a good and effective treatment.
