摘 要:设计双模数啮合齿轮泵,对主、从动齿轮啮合过程及接触强度进行了仿真研究。将两种不同模数的齿轮进行匹配,设计双模数主、从动齿轮,提高齿轮的排量;以刚度、阻尼、摩擦系数模拟齿轮之间的油膜间隙,对主、从动齿轮的工作过程进行仿真研究,再利用Workbench对主、从动齿轮进行接触有限元分析。计算分析结果表明:双模齿轮泵排量是同体积齿轮泵的2~6倍,齿轮泵工作时,第一对小齿啮合时接触应力最大,从动齿轮工作过程中的变形量大于主动齿轮,两齿轮的安全系数较大,强度能够满足使用要求。A dual module gear pump was designed to perform simulation on the meshing process of driving-driven gears and contact strength.Matching two different module gear together,the double module of the driving-driven gears was designed to increase gear's displacement.The driving-driven gear working process was simulated.The film gap between the gear was simulated by changing stiffness,damping and friction coefficient,and the driving-driven gear's contact stress was analyzed by using Workbench software.Calculation results show that the displacement of the dual module gear pump is 2~6 times of the constant volume gear pump.The first small tooth meshing's contact stress is biggest when gear pump is working.In the working process,the deformation of the driven gear is greater than the driving gear.The safety factor for both gears is larger,and their strength can meet the service requirements.
