摘　　要：八钢3#高炉由于炉喉缸砖翘头,炉身干区砌砖脱落,操作炉型变化,通过优化操作制度,合理控制冶炼强度,强化炉役后期管理,加强炉外管理等一系列措施,实现了安全稳定生产。Operation profile furnace changed because of Mouth Steel Brick warped head and the furnace body dry area laying bricks fall off of NO.3 BF in Bayi Steel,furnace achieve the safe stable production.through series of measures were taken,Such as optimizing the operation system,reasonable control of melting strength,strengthen later stage of campaign management,strengthening the management of outside the furnace.
