摘　　要：选课制是学生学习自由的重要保障。本文从分析当前地方高校选课制的现状入手,阐述了制约选课制实施的各种因素,通过构建科学合理的课程体系、提高选修课的质量、建立合理的教学评价制度等具体措施来完善选课制、保障学生学习自由。Selective system is an important guarantee for students＇ learning freedom.The paper starts from the current situation of selective system in colleges and universities,illustrates various factors which influence the implementation of selective system,and points out that in order to perfect the selective system and guarantee students＇ learning freedom,we should construct scientific and reasonable curriculum system,enhance the quality of selective curriculum,build reasonable teaching evaluation system,etc.
