复合型公共管理人才培养辅修模式比较研究

摘　　要：文章阐述了本科复合型公共管理人才培养的必要性,对人才培养中普通和强化辅修模式进行比较分析,以浙江大学竺可桢学院公共管理强化辅修模式为例,探讨强化辅修模式的创新性和优势———二次招生吸引全校优秀生源、整合优质教学资源、注重案例教学、独立的班级体系培养学生实践能力。强化辅修模式对于复合型公共管理人才培养的另一特点在于对生源鉴别的重视、对课程教学方式创新的注重以及对实践应用能力的关注。The paper illustrates the necessity of training undergraduate compound talents in public management,makes a comparative analysis of the general and strengthening minor model in training talents.Taking the strengthening minor model of public management in Chu Kochen Honors College of Zhejiang University as an example,the paper explores the innovation and advantages of strengthening minor model-secondary recruitment attracts excellent students in the whole university,integrates high-quality teaching resources,focuses on case teaching,independent class system trains students＇ practical ability.Another characteristic of strengthening minor model for training compound talents in public management is emphasis on identifying students,paying attention to innovating the way of teaching curriculum,and stressing on the ability of practical application.
