巴东醉鱼草杀虫活性成分的初步分离及活性追踪

摘　　要：采用杀虫活性追踪和化学分离相结合的方法对巴东醉鱼草95%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取物和乙酸乙酯萃取物进行活性成分分离,在5mg/mL的体积质量分数下,石油醚萃取物经一级柱层析所得馏分AG的活性最高,对3龄粘虫24h,48h和72h拒食率分别达58.44%,79.77%和71.52%,对5龄菜青虫24h和48h拒食率分别达89.03%和72.73%;乙酸乙酯萃取物经一级柱层析所得馏分BB对3龄粘虫24h,48h和72h拒食率分别达97.34%,100%和100%,对3龄小菜蛾24h和48h拒食率最高分别达97.33%和99.46%.实验结果表明,经过一级柱层析后,石油醚萃取物杀虫活性物质主要分布在AG段,乙酸乙酯萃取物杀虫活性物质主要分布在BA,BB和BC段.The petroleum extracts and ethyl acetate extracts of 95% ethanol extract of Buddleja albiflora H.were isolated by means of phytochemistry combined with insecticidal bioassay.Fraction AG from petroleum extracts,with concentration of 5 mg/mL,showed the antifeedant rate against 3rd instar of Mythimna separata W.of 58.44%,79.77% and 71.52% during 24,48 and 72 h,respectively,which were 89.03% and 72.73% against 5rd instar of Pieris rapae L.during 24 and 48 h.Fraction BB from ethyl acetate extracts showed the antifeedant rate against 3rd instar of Mythimna separata W.of 97.34%,100% and 100% during 24,48 and 72 h,respectively,which were 97.33% and 99.46% against 3rd instar of Plutella xylostella L.during 24 and 48 h.The results showed that the insecticidal ingredients of petroleum extracts were distributed in AG part,while that of ethyl acetate extracts were in BA,BB and BC parts.
