摘　　要：高校辅导员制度由萌芽形成到完善发展,历经近一个世纪,道路坎坷曲折。通过探讨高校辅导员制度的发展和功能演化过程,以总结历史教训和秉承优良传统,促进对高校辅导员工作的指导和加强高校思想政治教育。The appearance,formation and complete development of the system of university counselors were difficult and tortuous which took nearly a century.The essay discusses the process of development and functional evolution for the system of university counselors.It promoted the guidance for university counselors and strengthened the ideological and political education by historical experiences summary and heritance of the success.
