摘　　要：西部地方性高校大学生群体多数来源于农村,贫困生和特困生较多,就业压力较大,积极心态与不良心态交织增长,自我奋斗的动力不足。为此,班主任工作要立足于大学生的发展,服务于大学生的需要,围绕着大学生的自强自立。The students of regional university in western areas have been facing more heavier pressure than the students from cities.Under the pressure of employment and economic burden,their attitude shows some common characteristics.Such as lacking of impetus of struggle,mingling the positive and passive attitude.Therefore,the head teachers should put the focus of the work on serving their needs and fostering the self_supporting.
