摘　　要：真正做好思想政治工作,还需要从教育主体、教育内容和教育方法入手,踏踏实实地从思想的源头做起。既要通过增强学习和思考来树立教育者的权威,又要考虑对所教育的内容从历史和未来的脉络中启发接受者主动接受的好奇心,从培养深度思考能力出发,改变空洞说教,而把教育过程变成有意义的思想的旅程。College ideological and political work really needs to start from the subject of education,educational contents and methods.It not only establishes the anthority of educators by enhancing learning and thinking,but also inspires the curiosity of the educated from the context of the history and future start from the source of ideas.Starting to develop the ability to think,change the empty talk,it makes the educational process into a meaningful journey of ideas.
