摘　　要：通过对阳光体育运动在中学开展的现状进行分析,并对"阳光体育"的实效性进行研究,分析影响"阳光体育"实效性的原因,并对"阳光体育"进一步有效实施提出对策与建议,以期更好的将阳光体育运动进行推广实施,最大限度的发挥其作用,培养广大学生的终身体育思想,提高国民体质。On the basis of analysing the current sunshine sport in middle schools, the paper researches the effects of the sunshine sport and analyses the causes. The paper also proposes the countermeasures so as to exert the full display of the sunshine sport.
