摘 要:中国的网络社会经历了网站时代、"博客时代",现已进入"微博客时代"。在这个时代,网民作为参与的主体,既是网络信息的消费者,又是生产者。由于微博在初始阶段出现了法律、伦理及道德规范的"真空",使得一些网民的行为"失范",所以建立起一种内在的"自律道德"与外在的"他律道德"就显得尤为重要。Chinese network society has gone through three phases of development, from web-site-based, then blog-based, until micro-blog-based. Today, in an era of micro-blogs, netizens have turned to be the subjects, being both the consumers and producers of network information. Owing to the fact that there is vacuum in respect of legislation, ethics and moral at the initial stage, some netizens are deviating from norms. Thus, it is especially important to establish a moral system combining autonomy and heteronomy to regulate their behavior online.
