摘  要:目的研究中药超声雾化联合抗病毒药物对病毒性角膜炎的疗效。方法采取随机、双盲、平行对照的方法将114例患者分为治疗组和对照组。对照组以0.1%更昔洛韦滴眼液,每天点眼4~6次;重组人干扰素滴眼液,每天点眼4~6次。治疗组抗病毒药物及用法同对照组,同时应用超声雾化,以自拟中药煎剂熏眼,每日1次,每次20 min。两组均以7 d为1个疗程,治疗时间为1~2个疗程。结果治疗组的痊愈率、好转率均高于对照组,两组痊愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组疗程较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后两组视力差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药雾化熏蒸联合抗病毒药物对病毒性角膜炎有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To study the efficacy on viral keratitis treated with ultrasonic atomization of Chinese medicine combined with antiviral medicine.Methods The random,double-blind,parallel,controlled method was adopted.114 cases were divided into a treatment group and a control group.In the control group,ganciclovir eye drop was prescribed,4 to 6 times a day;recombinant human interferon α2b eye drop,4 to 6 times a day.In the treatment,the antiviral medicines were prescribed and the usages of them were same as the control group.Meanwhile,the ultrasonic atomization was used at the eyes with the self-prepared Chinese herbal decoction,once a day,20min each time.In either group,7 days treatment made 1 session.The duration of treatment was 1 to 2 sessions.Results The curative rate and the improvement rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P0.05).The duration of treatment in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,presenting the statistical significant difference(P0.01).The vision improvement was different significantly after treatment between two groups in statistics(P0.01).Conclusion The ultrasonic atomization of Chinese medicine combined with antiviral medicine is effective on viral keratitis and this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
