重建血运的同种异体全胸腺移植治疗中晚期肺癌(附11例报告)

摘　　要：采用重建血运的同种异体全胸腺移植治疗中晚期肺癌11例,其中A期5例,B期4例,期2例。胸腺取自孕6～8个月水囊引产死胎。术中采用先动脉后静脉顺序吻合重建胸腺血运,以受体血冲洗胸腺,不仅缩短了热缺血时间,且有利于移植胸腺成活。本组术后6个月存活率100%,期2例分别存活14个月和15个月,与对照组相比有显著差异(P<001)。patients with lung cancer of metaphase or advanced stage were treated by transplantation of complete homologous thymus of reconstructing blood circulation In the 11 patients,5 cases was at stage ⅢA,4 cases at stage ⅢB,2 cases at stage Ⅳ.The thymus was harvested from donors of 6～8 months stillborn fetus by induced labor with water bag In operation,blood circulation of the graft was reconstruced by anastomosis of first arterys and then reins The operation can shorten thermal ischemin time and increase survival rate of the graft by washing the thymus allograft with the recepter’s blood.The survival rate of 6 months after operation is 100%,2 casesat stage Ⅳ survived 14 monthes and 15 monthes respectly There was significant difference compared with the control group(P<0 01)
