气管隆凸支气管成形术的临床应用(附37例报告)

摘　　要：对37例气管隆凸支气管肿瘤患者先切除肿瘤,然后用不同术式施行气管隆凸支气管成形术,最大限度恢复及保留肺功能。结果3例术后并发肺不张,经纤支镜吸痰及取血块后肺复张,通气功能正常。术后6个月死亡2例(脑血管病1例,原因不明1例),其余32例术后恢复良好。认为可采用不同术式扩大气管隆凸支气管肿瘤的治疗范围,甚至达到根治目的。patients of carina traches bronchus tumor were reported First the tumor was removed,then carina trachea bronchoplasty was used with diffrent modes of operation Recover and keep lung function in the most possible 3 cases had atelectasis after operation in result After sputum aspirator and took out blood clot using of fiherbronchoscope Lung reexpanded and function of ventilation recovered Two cases were death six monthes later One was because of cerebrovascular,the other's death reason was unknown Other 32 cases had good recovery With this method,enlarge medical range of carina trachea bronchus tumor Even some of them were cured
