摘  要:一直以来,学生"跪着读书"是被教育者普遍忽视的教育隐患,它易造就"主奴人格",远离教育本质。教育在本质意义上是启迪灵性的艺术,教育的启迪应从"尊重"开始。尊重的力量就是教育的生命力,建立一种基于"尊重"的学校哲学,就意味着找到了学校生命的基石。实践证明,只要用平等和仁爱撒播"尊重"的良种,教育就一定会开出最美的花朵。All along,students' "kneeling-down reading" is the educational risk that has been generally ignored by educators,which has created a "master-slave personality",away from the essence of education.The essence of education is to enlighten the spiritual art,and the enlightenment of education should start from "respect".The power of the respect is the vitality of education.The establishment of a school philosophy based on "respect" means finding a cornerstone of school life.For the boarding secondary schools,the educational significance of "respect" is particularly important.The practice of Shenzhen Second Senior High School has proved that education will certainly bring the most beautiful flowers in any one school as long as spreading the the seed of "respect" with fair and love.
