摘  要:以大学的教师职前培养行为评价为研究之聚焦,系大学地位或使命变迁、大学行为缺失、大学评价现状综合考量的结果。从主体及其责任之属性出发,理想视阈的大学,应以教师职前培养的事业成就为学校目标;凸显思维的中国意识、学校意识、整体意识和教育学科引领意识;坚持以"成事"与"成人"的双向互动为方法选择;强调过程设计的时代意义以及前后递进关系。以此为观照,现实中的大学呈现明显的缺位、越位二元并存现象,全面、客观剖析这些现象,有助于实现大学由现实形态向理想形态的转化。To take the evaluation of the university behavior of pre-service teacher cultivation as the research focus, is the consideration results of the university status or mission changes, university acts missing and university evaluation reality. From the main body and its responsibility property, the ideal university should take the career achievement of pre-serviee teacher training as school target; highlight the Chinese awareness, school awareness, overall awareness and education leading awareness; adhere the method selection of "two-way" interaction of "getting things" and "becoming talent"; emphasize the significance of process design and Before-after progressive relationship. As that reflection, the university presents significant phenomena of absent-location and offside-location, to analyze those phenomena comprehensively and objectively, which contributes to the university transformation from the real form to the ideal form.
