微种植体支抗在矫治成人骨性安氏Ⅱ类错牙合的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究使用微种植体支抗矫治成人骨性安氏Ⅱ类错殆前、后的硬组织变化。方法选取骨性安氏Ⅱ类病例30例，均采用拔除前磨牙方法，使用微种植体加强上颌支抗；通过对治疗前、后的头颅侧位X线片进行头影测量分析，评价微种植体支抗应用于骨性安氏Ⅱ类错殆治疗中的临床效果。结果矫治结束，30例病人面型均得到改善。结论使用微种植支抗可以更多地内收上前牙，取得更好的临床效果。Objective To study of alteration in hard tissues after the use of microimplant anchorage to correct skeletal Class II malocclusion in adult patients. Methods 30 patients were included in this study. All of the patients were treated by extraction of premolars. Microimplants were used to enhance anchorage.The results of lateral position roentgenography of skull were used for analysis before and after treatment. The efficacy of microimplant anchorage in correction of skeletal Class II was assessed. Results After the treatment, the facial profiles were improved in all the patients. Conclusion More adduction of upper anterior teeth with microimplant anchorage can achieve better clinical efficacy.
