高频电离子治疗仪配合CO2激光治疗脂溢性角化病

摘　　要：目的探讨脂溢性角化病的最佳治疗方法。方法采用高频电离子治疗仪配合CO2激光治疗脂溢性角化病。结果87例均能治愈，巨大者分二到三次治疗，无一例感染和留有疤痕，色素沉着在3个月消退。结论采用本法治疗脂溢性角化病是一种简便、安全、不出血、不留疤痕的最佳方法。Objective To explore the optimal therapy for seborrheic keratosis. Methods 87 patients with sebrrheic keratosis were treated by high-frequency electric ion therapeutic instrument combined with carbon dioxide laser. Results All of the 87 patients were cured. Those with seborrheic keratosis in big size needed to be treated twice or thrice. Conclusions High-frequency electrie ion therapeutic instrument combined with carbon dioxide laser is the best therapy for seborrheic keratosis, which is simple and safe, and has no bleeding and sear formation.
