摘　　要：目的 探讨hCLP46基因在乳腺癌中mRNA表达情况及其临床意义.方法 采用实时定量RT-PCR方法检测48对乳腺癌组织和癌旁正常组织中hCLP46基因的mRNA表达情况.结果 乳腺癌组织中hCLP46基因表达量高于癌旁正常组织（t=2.368,P＜0.05）;癌组织中hCLP46基因表达水平仅与腋淋巴结转移有显著统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 hCLP46基因在乳腺癌中表达量增高,且与淋巴结转移相关,可能有助于乳腺癌的靶向治疗.Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of hCLP46 mRNA in breast cancer. Method The expression level of hCLP46 mRNA was detected with real - time quantitative RT - PCR in 48 breast cancer and non - cancerous matched tissues. Results The level of hCLP46 expression in the cancer tissues was much higher than in the corresponding adjacent tissues （ t = 2. 368, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The level of hCLP46 expression in cancer tissues was only correlated with lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions hCLP46 is overexpressed in breast cancer, and its expression is positively correlated with lymph node metastasis, suggesting a new strategy for targeted therapy of breast cancer.
