遮盖加同视机疗法治疗中心注视性儿童弱视的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:寻找有效治疗中心注视性弱视的方法。方法:对165例中心注视性弱视患儿按弱视程度分别采用遮盖疗法、同视机疗法、遮盖加同视机疗法治疗。结果:6个月后,遮盖加同视机疗法治疗双眼弱视,轻度弱视治愈率为100.00%,与遮盖疗法比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.250,P<0.01),与同视机治疗法比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.889,P<0.05);中度弱视治愈率为90.91%,与遮盖疗法和同视机治疗法分别比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2=7.071,P<0.01;χ2=5.238,P<0.05)。轻、中度弱视遮盖疗法与同视机治疗法比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.733,P>0.05;χ2=0.188,P>0.05),但同视机疗法轻、中度弱视治愈率(63.64%、45.45%)均较遮盖疗法(45.45、36.36%)高。遮盖加同视机疗法治疗单眼弱视治愈率分别是轻度90.91%、中度81.82%、重度63.64%,与遮盖疗法和同视机治疗法分别比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2=5.238,P<0.05;χ2=7.071,P<0.01;χ2=4.701,P<0.05;χ2=6.60,P<0.05;χ2=7.071,P<0.01;χ2=4.701,P<0.05)。结论:同视机疗法与遮盖疗法比较,治疗双眼弱视时疗效好;遮盖加同视机疗法能显著提高单眼和双眼弱视眼视力。Objective：To find out effective therapies for the children with amblyopia of central fixation.Methods：A total of 165 children with amblyopia of central fixation were treated with simple occlusive therapy,simple synoptophore therapy,and occlusive therapy combined with synoptophore therapy according to the degree of amblyopia.Results：The children with binocular amblyopia were treated with occlusive therapy combined with synoptophore therapy for six months,the curative rate of mild amblyopia was 100.00%,compared with simple occlusive therapy and simple synoptophore therapy,respectively,there were significant differences（χ2=8.250,P〈0.01;χ2=4.889,P〈0.05）.The curative rate of moderate amblyopia was 90.91%,compared with simple occlusive therapy and simple synoptophore therapy,respectively,there were significant differences（χ2=7.071,P〈0.01;χ2=5.238,P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the curative rates of mild and moderate amblyopia between simple occlusive therapy and simple synoptophore therapy（χ2=0.733,P〈0.05;χ2=0.188,P〈0.05）,but the curative rates of mild and moderate amblyopia treated with simple synoptophore therapy（63.64%,45.45%） were higher than those treated with simple occlusive therapy（45.45%,36.36%）.The curative rates of mild,moderate,and severe monocular amblyopia treated with occlusive therapy combined with synoptophore therapy were 90.91%,81.82%,and 63.64%,respectively,compared with simple occlusive therapy and simple synoptophore therapy,respectively,there were significant differences（χ^2=5.238,P〈0.05;χ^2=7.071,P〈0.01;χ^2=4.701,P〈0.05;χ^2=6.60,P〈0.05;χ^2=7.071,P〈0.01;χ^2=4.701,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with occlusive therapy,the curative effect of synoptophore therapy in treatment of binocular amblyopia is good;occlusive therapy combined with synoptophore therapy can increase eyesight of children with monocular and binocular amblyopia.
