摘　　要：介绍使用快速而高效地分离差别表达基因的新方法———抑制消减杂交法 ,克隆了在TNFα作用后血管内皮细胞中的差异表达cDNA。经反向Northern杂交试验证实。为进一步研究血管内皮细胞中表达的TNFα作用相关基因打下基础。A quick and efficient new method for isolating differentially expressed genes, suppression subtractive hybridization, was used to isolate the differentially expressed genes in endothelial cells stimulated by TNFα. Then the result was verified by reverse Nothern blotting analysis. This work makes a basis for further researches on the TNFα function related genes expressing in the endothelial cells.
