粘着斑激酶在胰腺癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨粘着斑激酶(FAK)在胰腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法收集遵义医学院第五附属(珠海)医院和中山大学附属第五医院病理科2004～2011年有完整临床资料和病理资料的胰腺癌存档蜡块40例和15例癌旁正常组织,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测两组组织中FAK的表达水平。结果 FAK在胰腺癌中阳性表达率为72.50%,在癌旁组织中表达率为13.3%,胰腺癌组织与癌旁正常组织相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。FAK的表达与临床分期、肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 FAK在胰腺癌的发生、发展、侵袭与转移中起重要作用,FAK的表达异常可以作为预测胰腺癌预后的指标。Objective To investigate the expression of focal adhesion kinase（FAK） in the pancreatic carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of FAK in 40 cases of pancreatic carcinoma and 15 cases of normal tissues.Results The positive rates of FA K were 72.5% in the pancreatic carcinoma,which were higher than those in normal tissues（13.3%）and the differences were significant（P 0.05）.The expression of FAK was related to the clinical stage,degree of tumor cell differentiation and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion FAK plays an important role in the development,progression,invasion and metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma,the abnormal expression of the FAK can be as a prognosis index of pancreatic cancer.
