我院6个月～6岁住院患儿贫血状况分析

摘　　要：目的调查了解6个月～6岁住院患儿合并贫血状况。方法取近1年6个月～6岁683例住院患儿血常规进行分析,并进行统计学处理。结果合并贫血209例。其年龄分布6～12个月74例,1～2岁66例,2～3岁34例,3～4岁21例,4～5岁6例,5～6岁8例。贫血主要为轻度贫血。各年龄段发病率分别为50.68%、33.20%、16.66%、22.34%、12.00%及24.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各年龄段贫血分类单纯小细胞性贫血分别占77.03%、62.12%、50.00%、66.67%、16.67%及73.53%,与年龄关系差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男女比例为1.7:1,性别差异无统计学意义。汉族及壮族贫血发病率分别为28.42%和40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。市区、郊区及外地贫血发病率分别为25.59%、39.07%和46.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论当今社会生活水平不断提高,贫血患儿仍不少见,特别是小年龄段的婴幼儿,应引起社会关注。贫血主要为单纯小细胞性贫血,其原因值得进一步研究。Objective To study the anemia of 6 months to 6 years old children hospitalized in hospital.Methods To stastistic analysis the blood of 683 cases in 6 months to 6 years old children hospitalized in the Ruikang hospital.Results There were 209 cases of anemia.There are 74 cases in 6 months to 12months,66 cases in 1 year to 2 years,34 cases in 2 years to 3 years,21 cases in 3 years to 4 years,6 cases in 4 years to 5 years,8 cases in 5 years to 6 years.Most cases were mild animia.The age incidence were 50.68%、33.20%、16.66%、22.34%、12.00% and 24.29%.There was significant differences in them（P0.01）.The age incidence of simple microcytic anemia were 77.03%,62.12%,50.00%、66.67%,16.67% and 73.53%.There was significant differences between age and incidence（P0.01）.The ratio of male and female was 1.7：1.There was no significant differences between the two.Han and Zhuang incidence of anemia was 28.4% and 40.0%.the difference was significant（P0.05）.The incidence of anemia in urban,rural and non-local were 25.59%,39.07% and 40.27%.The difference was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Although the level of social life was not bad,there was not uncommon in children with anemia,especially in infants.This should cause concern in the community.Most children were simple microcytic anemia.The reason was worth to be further studied.
