摘　　要：论文基于系统论探讨学术评价机制的构成要素与功能结构以及学术评价机制中的信息流与信息流控制,科学系统地剖析现有学术评价机制的不足及其产生的根源。From the perspective of systems theory, we researched the components, functional structure, information flow and control of information flow about the academic evaluation mechanism, and researched the shortage and root of shortage of existing academic evaluation mechanism scientifically and systematically.
