手持式角膜接触镜在无晶状体眼视网膜脱离手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨手持式角膜接触镜在无晶状体眼视网膜脱离手术中的应用。方法实验组6例(6只眼)采用手持式角膜接触镜联合手术显微镜直视下冷凝治疗,对照组6例(6只眼)采用常规缝合金属环固定角膜接触镜联合手术显微镜直视下冷凝治疗,观察两组手术时间、视网膜解剖复位率、视力及并发症等。结果两组一次性手术治愈差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.0000,P=1.0000)。两组手术时间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.4868,P=0.0000)。两组术后脱盲率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.6000,P=0.4378)。两组术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.0000,P=1.0000)。结论采用手持式角膜接触镜进行无晶状体眼视网膜脱离手术使手术方式简化,手术时间缩短。Objective To evaluate the application of hand-held infusion lenses for the treatment of aphakia retinal detachment.Methods Hand-held infusion lenses with cryoretinopexy under microscope were applied in 6 cases（6 eyes） of aphakia retinal detachment（experimental group）.The sew-on viewing lenses with cryoretinopexy were applied in 6 cases（6 eyes） of aphakia retinal detachment（control group）.The rate of operative time,retinal reattachment,visual acuity and complication were analyzed.Result There was significant difference in the cure rate between two groups（χ2=0.0000,P=1.0000）.There was no significant difference in the operative time between two groups（χ2=9.4868,P=0.0000）.There was no significant difference in the visual acuity between two groups（χ2=0.6000,P=0.4378）.There was no significant difference in the complication between two groups（χ2=0.0000,P=1.0000）.Conclusion The application of hand-held infusion lenses in the operation can simplify operational procedure and shorten surgical time.
