摘　　要：血管抑素(As)因为其特异性抑制血管内皮细胞增生的作用,自发现便受到了巨大的关注,其在肿瘤的抗血管治疗中已取得很大进展。近来血管抑素在眼部新生血管疾病的作用受到人们重视,本文对这方面的研究进展作以综述。Angiostatin has been studied for years because of its inhibiting effect in the proliferation of the vascular endothelial cell.Great progress has been made in the antiangiogenic therapy for tumor by using angiostatin.Recently scientists pay more attention to the effect of angiostatin in neovascularization of eye.Advances in this field are reviewed in this article.
