摘　　要：剖析了企业信息系统与其所处环境之间的双向影响 ,研究了企业信息系统面临的不确定性 ,运用系统控制理论的CO TS规则 ,把企业信息系统分别作为被控系统和主动系统 ,给出企业信息系统柔性的定义 。The two way influence between business information system and its environment is analyzed, and the indeterminacy the business information system is faced with is studied. Definitions of business information system flexibility are given with the use of CO TS rule in cybernetics, which treats business information system as both a controlled and active one. Finally, the classification of business information system flexibility is studied in the light of system compenents and environment change factors.
