摘　　要：变革是促使社会进步的强大动力 ,在知识经济时代 ,组织变革是以信息技术为基础 ,对于组织管理者来说 ,必须识势应变 ,主动探求信息技术的最新动向 ,构建新型组织以保持未来的竞争优势。本文分析了传统组织结构的特点、设计原则 ,指出了其弊端 。Change is the powerful motive force for social progress. In the era of knowledge economy, organization change is based on information technology (IT). For organization managers, it is necessary to recognize and adapt themselves to the changing situation, actively search for the latest tendency of IT, and build up new kind of organization to maintain competitive advantage in the future. This article analyzes the characters and design principles of traditional organizations, points out its weakness, and emphatically analyzes the characters of new organization and its design principles.
