摘　　要：微格教学是教学技能训练的有效途径,在训练师范生课堂教学技能方面,微格教学一直受到国内外师范教育界人士的赞许。在微格实验室建设上主要对硬件配置进行优化、开发微格教学系统的功能和最大限度地发挥微格教学实验室的作用,并提出了切实可行的具体措施,促使微格教学实验室更好地为教学服务。Micro-standard teaching is an effective way to improve the normal students＇teaching skills,which is always highly praised by people of the normal educational circles at home and abroad.In order to preferably serve the teaching,some specific measures are suggested in this article,such as optimizing hardware configuration,developing functions of the micro-standard teaching system,ensuring a maximum use of the micro-standard teaching laboratory.
