摘　　要：针对机车运行监控器32芯电缆绝缘电阻和通断测量,利用单片机控制技术,通过控制继电器矩阵的有序动作,实现芯线的自动切换与测量;通过对高低压电压源的自动控制与切换,以及根据绝缘电阻值的范围自动选择相应的取样电阻,从而降低系统功耗,提高系统稳定性和测量精度。Aiming at insulation resistance and make-break measurement of 32 core cable for operation monitor of the locomotive,using SCM control technique to control the ordering action of relay matrix,it realizes the automatic switching and measuring of core wire.In order to lower the power-waste and improve the system stability and measuring accuracy,we make use of the automatic controlling and switching of high-low pressure on voltage source,and automatically select the according sampling resistance which has a basis on the range of insulation resistance value.
