摘　　要：年龄相关性黄斑变性(Age-related macular degeneration,AMD)又称老年性黄斑变性,是发达国家视功能障碍和失明的主要原因,在发展中国家发病率有明显上升趋势。近年来,随着我国人民生活水平的提高,人口日益老龄化,该病发病率增加,成为眼科防盲研究的重要课题之一。目前相关学者对AMD治疗研究也取得了相当大的进展。本文就AMD治疗方法及其进展做一综述。Age-related macular degeneration（AMD）,also known as senile macular degeneration,is one of the leading causes of blindness in the developed countries,which showed increasing incidences in the developing countries.In recent years,with the improvement of living standards and an increasingly aging population,incidence of AMD in China has gradually increased.Currently the treatment of AMD-related academic research has also made considerable progress.In this paper,the progress in the treatment of AMD was reviewed.
