VITAPEX糊剂与F2000复合体联合修复磨牙髓室底穿孔疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察Vitapex糊剂与F2000复合体联合修复磨牙髓室底穿孔的临床疗效及影响因素。方法将Vitapex糊剂垫于穿孔下方,在其上充填F2000复合体联合修复64例磨牙髓室底穿孔,1年后通过临床和X线片检查评价疗效。结果 64例中成功50例,失败14例,成功率为78.1%。乳磨牙、恒磨牙成功率分别为75.7%、81.5%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);穿孔直径小、大的成功率分别为87.2%、64.0%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医源性、龋源性穿孔成功率分别为94.4%、71.7%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 vitapex糊剂与F2000复合体联合修复的临床疗效比较满意。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Vitapex＋F2000 Compomer in the treatment of perforated molar pulp floor repaired,and their influence factors.Methods Sixty-four teeth with perforated pulp floor were repaired with Vitapex and F2000 Compomer.The clinical effects were evaluated by X-ray and the clinical symptoms 1 year after treatment.Results Fifty of the 64 patients were treated successfully,with the success rate of 78.1% （50/64）.The success rate showed no statistically significant difference between the deciduous molar and permanent molar （75.7% and 81.5%,respectively,P0.05）.But the difference between the success rate of the smaller perforated molar pulp floor and the bigger ones was statistically significant （87.2% and 64%,respectively,P0.05）,and that of the perforated molar pulp floor caused by medical treatment and carious perforations was also significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Vitapex＋F2000 Compomer can result in better clinical effects for treating perforated molar pulp floor.
