海州香薷开发应用价值探讨

摘　　要：海州香薷是我国传统中药材,具有发汗解暑,和中祠湿的功效,1995年之前为《中华人民共和国药典》记载,之后更名为石香薷。海州香薷属香薷属,石香薷属荠苧属,近年来,关于海州香薷的开发应用研究鲜有报导。对比两者的化学成分和药理特性发现,海州香薷化学成分以香薷酮为主,明显区别于石香薷。香薷酮具有广谱抗菌活性,可用于防治流行性感冒,具有药用价值。通过分析海州香薷的研究现状发现,目前对海州香薷的研究多集中于重金属污染土壤的治理方面,药材道地性研究相对缺乏;主要化学成分的抗菌谱拓展和抗菌效果值得进一步探索;剂型开发与其在医药、化工及化妆品行业综合应用值得关注。Elsholtzia splendens is a traditional Chinese medicine.It was recorded on Chinese Pharmacopeia before 1995 and renamed molsa chinensis afterwards.In recent years,research on the development and application of Elsholtzia splendens was ignored.Medicinal value of Elsholtzia splendens was discussed by comparing the main chemical compositions and their pharmacological properties of Elsholtzia splendens and molsa chinensis.Different from molsa chinensis,Elsholtzia ketone is the main constituent of Elsholtzia splendens.With broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity,elsholtzia ketone can be used to prevent influenza.At present,research of Elsholtzia splendens is focused on the heavy metal pollution soil management.It is worth to expand antibacterial spectrum and improve antibacterial effect of main chemical compositions.Formulation development of Elsholtzia splendens and its comprehensive application in medicine,chemical and cosmetics are worthy of attention.
