数模混合电路故障字典生成技术的研究

摘　　要：复杂装备中复杂模拟和数模混合电路的应用,在提升装备性能的同时,也对电路故障诊断提出了更高的挑战;通过研究数模混合电路故障仿真和信号处理等关键技术,实现了具有标准文件数量、内容和格式的故障字典自动生成功能;故障字典具有规范性和实用性等特点,可有效解决当前模拟和数模电路故障诊断存在的问题,提高故障诊断效率;试验验证表明,文中所述技术具有很好的实用与推广价值。The performance of weapons is improved and fault diagnosis becomes more and more difficult while more and more mixed--sig- nal circuit boards are used. In order to test and diagnose this kind of circuit efficiently, this paper introduces the auto construction technique of mixed--signal circuit fault dictionary based on some crucial techniques such as fault simulation and signal analysis; And the application proves tbat the fault dictionary described in this paper can satisfy the testing and diagnose demands of weapons.
