摘  要:目的:探讨食管癌围手术期应用低分子肝素的安全性和有效性。方法:将1029例食管癌术后患者随机分为两组:实验组给予低分子肝素,对照组不给予;观察肺栓塞、心肌梗死、心源性猝死的发生率及不良反应。结果:实验组肺栓塞和心肌梗死发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。心源性猝死和不良反应发生率两组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:在食管癌围手术期应用低分子肝素是安全的,可降低肺动脉栓塞和心肌梗死的发生率。Objective:To investigate the safety and effectiveness of low molecular weight heparins during perioperative period of esophageal cancer.Methods:Total of 1029 cases of esophageal cancer after surgery were randomly divided into two groups: low molecular weight heparins were given in the observation group and another group without any treatment as control.The incidence of pulmonary embolism,myocardial infarction,sudden cardiac death and side reactions were observed.Results:The pulmonary embolism and myocardial infarction were significantly lower in observation group than that in the control group(P0.05).The sudden cardiac death and side reactions were no significant differences between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparins can be safely applied during perioperative period of esophageal cancer to reduce pulmonary embolism and the incidence of myocardial infarction.
