摘　　要：《瓦尔登湖》中寓言性质的故事与《庄子》中寓言一样含义玄奥。两者寓言的应用有着异曲同工之妙,不仅表达了庄子和梭罗对自由的追求和对自然的热爱,反映出他们回归人性、回归自然的愿望,也表达了他们深邃的哲学思想,反映出他们对社会的共同认识,充满了批判精神。Both Chuang Tzu and Walden have the fables with profound implication,in which the application of the fables is different in approach but equally satisfactory in result.The fables not only express Chuang Tzu and Thoreau＇s pursuit of freedom and love for nature,which reflects their wishes returning to humanity and nature,but their abstruse philosophical thoughts which are full of critical spirit.
