上颌恒切牙冠折的美学修复

摘　　要：目的:采用光固化树脂美学修复方法恢复上颌年轻恒切牙冠折后的缺损,评价临床疗效。方法:选择27例共32颗牙冠折断的上颌年轻恒切牙作为研究对象,采用登士柏瓷纳米树脂套装进行美学修复,随访18个月分别记录第3、6、12、18个月时树脂修复体的情况。结果:32颗患牙6个月内成功率为100%,12个月时成功率为96.88%,18个月时成功率为93.75%。所有修复病例未出现继发龋和边缘不密合的现象,只有2颗牙齿分别在12个月、18个月时出现树脂折裂。患者及家属整体满意程度较高。结论:上颌切牙冠折的复合树脂美学修复疗效好,患者满意度高,作为一种过渡性的修复方法值得在临床推广。Objective： To repair young permanent maxillary incisors with crown defect fractured by using light-cure resin aesthetic method and evaluate its clinical efficacy. Methods： 27 patients with a total of 32 crown fractured young permanent maxillary incisor were chosen as the research object. Using the dentsply ceramic Manometer resin kit, esthetic restorations was made with a 18-month follow-up. The results in 3rd,6th, 12th, and 18th month were recorded after resin restoration. Results：The success rate of the 32 teeth within 6 months was 100% ,96.88% within 12 months, and 93.75% within 18 months. All repair cases had no secondary caries and edge sealing phenomenon ,yet after 12 months, 18 months among only two of which, resin fracture happened. All the patients and their families were greatly satisfied with the results. Conclusion：Aesthetic restoration using composite resin reparation for maxillary incisor crown fracture has good curative effect. As a transitional restoration method, it is worth vigorously promoting in the clinical practice.
