神经干细胞联合间充质干细胞治疗脑梗死的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察神经干细胞联合间充质干细胞治疗脑梗死的有效性和安全性。方法对24例脑梗死后遗有神经功能缺损的患者(10例脑梗死后遗症期,14例脑梗死亚急性期)给予神经干细胞和间充质干细胞治疗,其中神经干细胞5×106个/次,间充质干细胞1×107个/次,每疗程进行4次治疗,每周一次,两种干细胞间隔进行。3个月后进行下一次治疗,每个病人均治疗4个疗程。比较患者治疗12个月前后的神经功能缺损评分,日常生活能力(ADL)评分,以及功能独立性评分(FIM)。结果治疗前和治疗后神经功能缺损评分,日常生活能力(ADL)评分,以及功能独立性评分(FIM)均有明显改善,前后对比有显著性差异(P<0.01);患者无明显不良反应。结论神经干细胞联合间充质干细胞治疗脑卒中可以促进神经功能的恢复,改善病人生活质量,安全性好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of treating cerebral infarction by neural stem cells combined with mesenchymal stem cells. Methods Collecting 24 patients who had neurological deficit which is the after effect of cerebral infarction（10 cases were sequelae of cerebral infarction,14 cases were subacute cerebral infarction）.Treating them by neural stem cells combined with mesenchymal stem cells,neural stem cells 5×106/time,mesenchymal stem cells 1×107 /time.There were 4 periods in one course of treatment,one time a week.The two stem cells were adopted interchanged.Next treatment was continued after three months.Each patient was treated with 4 periods.Compare patients＇ clinical nerve deficiency scale and activities of daily living（ADL） and functional independent measure score（FIM） after 12 months. Results Patients＇ neurological deficit score and ADL and FIM improved significantly compared with pretherapy（P0.01）.Patients didn＇t have adverse reaction. Conclusion Treating stroke by neural stem cells combined with mesenchymal stem cells can promote the recovery of neurological function,improve patients＇ life quality and increase the safety.
