纤维桩在青少年恒前牙冠折自体冠再接术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨纤维桩在青少年恒前牙冠折后行自体冠再接术中的应用。方法32例共36颗冠折的青少年恒前牙在完善的根管治疗后行纤维桩固定自体冠再接术。结果经6个月至3年的临床随访观察,其中35颗符合治愈标准,成功率为97.22%。结论青少年恒前牙冠折后经根管治疗行纤维桩固定自体冠暂时修复患牙,在形态、颜色、功能和心理等方面既满足了临床需求,又不影响今后的永久修复,是一种良好的过渡性修复方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of fiber post in the reattachment of fractured anterior tooth. Methods The reattachment of 36 anterior teeth with fractured crowns was performed using fiber post. Results The reattachment of 35 anterior teeth with fractured crowns was successful beside one tooth failed after a follow up of 6 months to 3 years. The success rate was 97.22%. Conclusion The present study suggests that the reattachment of fractured crowns with fiber post was an ideal temporary method for immature anterior tooth, showing certain practical value in shape, color and function.
