妇科养荣丸治疗抗精神病药所致闭经泌乳综合征的疗效及对性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究妇科养荣丸治疗抗精神病药所致闭经泌乳综合征疗效及性激素水平的影响。方法选择女性符合诊断标准首发精神分裂症的闭经泌乳综合征患者60例,分为对照组与治疗组各30例;分别采用倍美力+黄体酮胶囊人工周期疗法和妇科养荣丸;疗程均为4个月;观察其疗效及性激素(E2、FSH、LH、P)水平的变化,并进行统计分析。结果两组总有效率相同(P>0.05);治疗组性激素水平明显改善(P<0.05),对照组无明显改变(P>0.05);治疗组副作用发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇科养荣丸治疗抗精神病药所致闭经泌乳综合征可明显改善患者性激素水平,效果显著。Objective To study the effect of Fukeyangrong Pills treating galactorrhea sndrome by antipsychotic drug and impact of sex hormone levels. Methods All of 60 female cases of galactorrhea syndrome with first episode schizophrenia were selected according to certain diagnostic standard, divided into control group and treatment group all 30 cases. The two groups separately used Premarin＋periodic therapeutics with Progesterone Capsule and Fukeyangrong Pills for four months. The effects and changes of sex hormone levels（E_2,FSH ,LH ,P） were observed and analyzed statistically. Results The total effective rates of both groups were the same （P 〉 0.05）; Sex hormone levels in treatment group obviously got improved （P〈 0.05） while the levels in control group had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）; Side effect of treatment group was lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Fukeyangrong Pills treating galactorrhea sndrome by antipsychotic drug can obvious- lv improve patients＂ sex hormone levels with remarkable effects.
