摘　　要：首先构建了基于知识审计的企业知识管理能力指标体系,然后综合运用灰色系统理论和一种考虑评价指标主客观因素的组合赋权方法,建立了灰色多层次评价模型,定量地评价企业知识管理能力.最后通过实例得出了合理的评价效果.Firstly,this paper not only builds the index system of enterprise＇knowledge management capability based on the knowledge audit,but it also establishs a grey hierarchy evaluation model using the gray system theory and a combination weights method on account of the objective and subjective factors of the evaluation index,and then it appraises the enterprise＇ knowledge management capabilities quantitatively.Finally,this paper obtains a reasonable assessment results by means of an example.
