摘　　要：整体思维又称系统思维,是由各个局部按照一定的秩序组织起来的思维方式,要求以整体和全面的视角把握对象。在护理管理工作中,应有意识地对护士长开展整体思维训练,将整体思维方法运用到临床护理管理中。整体思维也是造就优秀护理团队的关键,整体思维能力是评价护理人员素质的核心指标之一,对整体思维方法的研究和推广,是提高护理管理水平的一个重要途径。The integrative perception,also known as systematical thinking,which was organized orderly,a holistic and comprehensive perspective view was required.We tried to apply the integrative perception in nursing management.The head nurses were trained by integrative methods,and it was used in the clinical care management.Systematical thinking was the key to creating excellent care team,and it was the core indicator to evaluate the quality of nursing also.It was an important way to improve the nursing administration while we researching,learning and applying this method continually.
